Ordered a battery for an Iphone 5C and got it already delivered the next day. Than it appeared I had ordered the wrong battery. The communication was very quick and supportive and was able to swap it for the right one. Thanks great customer service.

My review with Minidigital can only be at best a passing grade.While I am annoyed by how I was treated by staff and the fact my phone is not completely repaired, the phone is at least usable and working. I would suggest keeping a record of all conversations with Minidigital IT in email format.PROS:- Good initial customer experience- Off-market phone was, in the end, working and usable after repair.- Generous discount due to long time frame and installation issues offered.- Ongoing support regarding phone screen offered.CONS:- 2+ month period between point of deposit and point of repair complete.- Did not occur to customer service to take initiative and let me know about delays.- On phone pickup, screen not completely repaired. Phone screen lifts off, white dots on bottom of screen.- Memory lapses" by customer representative regarding point of deposit conversation.- Rude mannerism at point of sale. Got the impression that "it's your problem

The above review by Nuha Baba is false. I personally was there at the time the argument was taking place and heard some of it. Minidigital clearly have a policy which states that they do not return products that are physically damaged. However this customer (as far as i heard) denied this policy and insisted for something to be done. The person serving her stayed calm and spoke to her in a calm tone as she was yelling and threatening to tell others not to come to Minidigital, which she obviously did in her review. I personally have been a customer at minidigital for 4+ years and know their policies inside out. If I ever had an issue with something, the team would always find a way to rectify the problem. I have never left the store unhappy or without my needs being met.I highly recommend minidigital to others. They are highly professional and their parts are top quality.

One day I was travelling on bike. Suddenly my phone rings up. When I take it out from my bag by mistake it fell down and broken with screen and body completely.One of my friend suggested Minidigital iphone service. He told me about Minidigital fast services also.Then I prefer to go over there .My Iphone was totally crashed .After two days I got a call from Minidigital that my Apple iphone is repaired in Perth and I can collect it.When I saw my phone it was in completely working condition. Its screen and all applications were as before. I would really appreciate Minidigital iphone service.

I was searching someone who can repairs and replace damage part of my iPhone with genuine and original parts. And you don't believe that it was really a hard task for me to search someone like that. But thanks to Minidigital they did this for me they not only repair my iPhone but changes damage screen with original and also provides guarantee on it. Editing Prior Statement:The item has arrived albeit 3-4 months after ordering (my review was made prior to receiving the item). I've always emailed the receipt to minidigital and made sure it's known that I've paid for the item.I'll bump my rating to 3 instead of 2 but I'll still be moving to another supplier. Thank you for the good service over 2~ years.

Bought a new screen for my Surface Pro and then realised I ordered the wrong one. Minidigital were extremely helpful in sorting out my problems. I have nothing but praises for this company. Thoroughly recommend.!!

Bought a samsung screen from here. Didnt work first try. Upon asking the owner was very arrogant in that it works. Didnt test fully installed. Turns out i had to put electrical tape over an exposed chip of the screen because when the phone put together it shorts out with the main board. All working fine now. The guy on the front counter was very helpful but will never buy from here again. Bad customer service and cheap over priced products.

I have had a number of phones repaired here over the years. Saved me heaps of money and always on time and as promised. I’ve bought things and had help with them putting things together that I wouldn’t get elsewhere. The guys explain the options and to a non tech person that’s helpful.

My Samsung S5 died" and they fixed it for free in 30 seconds. Saved me a fortune as I was only half way through a 2 year Telstra plan and out of warranty. Will go there again definitely."
